Preparation of budgetary estimates.
Preparation of tender documents based on the approved schemes and budget including drawings, specifications, bill of quqntities and details of invitation of bid etc,
Preparation of techno commercial statements and evaluation of bids.
Participation in negotiations with tenderers and provide necessary technical support.
Preparation of working drawings and details for execution of work site.
Approvals for contractor’s drawings, inspection of equipments.
Testing of the entire equipments system before handing over.
Periodic supervision and certification of work at site.
Generation of report for Quality checks during every visit.
Suppotting contractor to repare as built drawings in terms in terms of providing soft copies, technical data etc. Verifying As-built drawings and certification.
Nsuring submission of as built documentation like drawings, manuals, catalogues etc., from the Contractor.
